Black Currant Tasting event

Savanna Institute, the chefs at Cadre Restaurant, and Chef Odessa Piper invite you on a tasting journey.

Learn about black currants from producers, researchers, and chefs! The evening will include a special tasting event and a conversation with scientist Eric Wolske who will share his work on black currant production. Help us encourage market creativity, introduce novel concoctions, and spark lively discussions on the future of this returning crop!
