Join the Center for Environmental Farming Systems for a virtual summer series on Racial Equity in Farm to School. Hosted by The Farm to School Coalition of NC, this free, 5 session, 120 min workshop series will be led by a team from we are (www.weare-nc.org). This year’s series will be structured to allow for extended learning for past attendees while remaining accessible for new participants.
Session 5 will focus on answering these questions:
- Students and teams sharing
- How do we utilize our power in our local context to bring about change?
- How do we utilize collaboration to bring out change? How do we embody anti-racism work in our roles as educators & community members?
- What are the policy priorities in your context?
