Description:
Just as CPR teaches you to help someone having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. MHFA provides information on common signs and symptoms, how to interact with someone in crisis, and how to connect them with resources.
