Webinar: 40 Years’ Research Update of Rodale Institute’s Farming Systems Trial (FST)

Established in 1981, the Farming System Trial (FST) of Rodale Institute is the longest running side-by-side comparison of organic and conventional grain production systems in North America. Knowledge generated by this trial has influenced farmers, researchers, and policy makers and facilitated the adoption of organic and regenerative agricultural practices in the U.S. and around the world. In this webinar, Dr. Yichao Rui, the Director of FST, will comprehensively introduce the research conducted in the trial in the last 40 years, and highlight the latest research findings since 2008, when “no-till” and “tilled” comparison was introduced to both organic and conventional systems.
