Midwest Meat Value Chain Coordination

Wallace Center is looking for two instructors that will work collaboratively with the Wallace Center team and the Food Systems Leadership Network curriculum trainers to develop, deliver and evaluate a curriculum-based value chain coordination (VCC) training. This VCC training will focus on regeneratively produced meat and the Upper Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin).
